​Additional Charges for Service​

 

Prescription and Refills Costs:

At Salect Aesthetics we truly care about you and your outcome. If we asses that you need a prescription medication we will happily send it to your pharmacy of choice. You maybe able to use your insurance for your medications. We do not participate in any insurance plans and WILL NOT complete prior authorization forms for your prescription. If a prior authorization is needed, you have the option of not using your insurance and paying for the medication out-of-pocket or with your HSA/FSA. The GoodRX App can help bring your out-of-pocket costs down. Prescription services are medical management of medical conditions. There is a $50 charge per prescription and $50 for each refill. To qualify for a prescription refill you must have been seen in the office within 6 months of your request or sooner if your conditions needs more frequent assessment.

Request for additional service or treatment:

As licensed nurse practitioners, we proudly practice across the full scope of our clinical expertise. When a patient requests evaluation or medical guidance outside the scope of their scheduled service, a medical concierge fee will apply.  For example, if you are seen for Botox but seek advice on hormone therapy prescribed by another provider or request treatment for a cold sore this constitutes a separate medical consultation and will be billed accordingly.

Medical advice whether or not a prescription is provide is a professional service that requires licensure, time, training, and clinical judgment.  Patients may not be accustomed to paying directly for such advice due to insurance coverage in traditional settings, however those providers are still compensated for those services.  As a private practice that does not bill insurance, we must charge appropriately for the time, expertise and the responsibility we assume when involved in any medical consultation. We appreciate your understanding and your respect for the value of the care we provide.

 

Practice-Client Relationship

We love having you as our patient, however we reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason.

Arrival Time

We ask that you arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment. We understand that life happens.  We will always try our best to accommodate.  If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment you may be asked to reschedule in fairness of those scheduled after your appointment. 

FOR TEN MINUTE APPOINTMENTS: If you are more than 2 minutes late, you may need to reschedule. 

Pricing and Promotions

We are dedicated to continually enhancing our offerings to provide the most advanced technology and treatment techniques available. While we strive to keep our website and service menu current, please be aware that pricing, services, and product availability are subject to change at any time without prior notice.  Additionally, our office participates in applicable rewards programs, such as Aspire and Xperience, to help clients earn and redeem points for qualifying injection services previously rendered or for gift cards purchased through the respective manufacturers' websites.

Gift Cards

Our gift cards can be purchased at our office, over the phone, or on our website. Gift cards are not returnable and are redeemable for services or retail. They are not redeemable for cash or for the purchase of other gift cards. Salect Aesthetics is not responsible for lost or damaged gift cards. The value of the gift card may be exchanged for services and/or products. Gift cards are not valid for gratuities.

No Refunds Policy

Please note that we do not offer full or partial refunds for services that have been rendered, regardless of dissatisfaction with the results. As outlined in our consent forms: Results of treatment cannot be guaranteed, outcomes may vary, multiple sessions may be necessary to achieve the desired results.  It is the responsibility of each patient to make an informed decision about proceeding with treatment. By signing the consent form prior to receiving services, patients acknowledge and accept the potential variability in results.

Cancellation / No-Show Policy

When booking, a credit card is needed to hold your appointment. You are not charged at time of booking. There is a $50 fee for no-shows or cancellations less than 24 hours in advance. For more details, please refer to the description listed for your service when booking.
